Responsibility

Mechanisms, not adjectives

Every consultancy claims values. We prefer to publish the mechanisms — the written practices, the dated commitments and the honest gaps — and let them be checked. Our sustainability posture is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the UN Supplier Code of Conduct, which we accept and operate under.

Where our maturity is early, we say so plainly and put a date on the next step. That habit is the whole policy.

Our commitments

Where we put our weight

Three themes carry our Sustainable Development Goal alignment — each backed by a written practice, not a poster.

  • People & equality — SDG 5 · 8 · 10

Gender-balanced leadership and a specialist pool where women hold the most senior technical roles. One open compensation-bracket system based solely on seniority and capability, benchmarked against IDA (the Danish Society of Engineers) salary statistics. Associates work on written terms, paid on time — never unpaid speculative work.

  • Capability & integrity — SDG 4 · 16

Knowledge transfer is built into how every assignment closes. Advice carries no commissions, referral fees or reseller margins; any commercial interest of our own is disclosed in writing before it can touch a recommendation — codified in our Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Conflict-of-Interest Statement.

  • Environment — SDG 12 · 13

Remote-first delivery with a written travel principle: rail over air within Europe where journey time permits, economy standard. Workloads run in EU data centres sourcing green electricity per the providers’ published disclosures. Electronics are resold, donated or recycled — never discarded. Administration is paperless.

Women's empowerment

WEPs — signed

Strategys signed the Women's Empowerment Principles CEO Statement of Support in 2026 — as did our sister company Nordic IoT ApS. The commitment behind the paperwork is long-standing practice: equal pay by open brackets, hiring on capability, and a workplace where seniority is earned the same way by everyone.

Roadmap

Where we are taking this

Our commitments keep moving: a consolidated environmental-practice statement with a travel and energy log ships by Q4 2026, formal environmental-management certification is on the roadmap as the firm scales, and participation in the UN Global Compact (SDG 17) is under active consideration with a decision in the second half of 2026. Alongside the roadmap, two practices already run quietly: structured university internships with Danish universities, and occasional pro-bono capacity for NGOs. As each step lands, this page is updated.

Hold us to it

If you are a client, a partner or a candidate and want the written practices behind this page, ask — the documents exist, dated and versioned.
