This website sets no cookies of any kind — no analytics, no advertising, no third-party embeds, no fingerprinting. Everything the site needs is served from our own domain. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What we process
The contact form — and nothing else
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, e-mail address, company and message. The submission is delivered as an e-mail to our monitored inbox on our own EU-hosted mail infrastructure — it is not stored in any website database, profiled, or used for marketing. We use it for one purpose: responding to you and, where the dialogue continues, managing that business relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We keep correspondence for as long as the dialogue and ordinary business documentation require, and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose. The same applies if you e-mail us directly.
Technical operation
Server logs
Like practically every website, our web server records standard technical logs — IP address, requested page, timestamp and browser type — used solely for security monitoring and operations, retained for a limited period and then discarded. The site is hosted with a European provider in EU data centres; no data leaves our EU-based infrastructure as part of serving this website.
Your rights
What you can ask of us
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or ask us to restrict processing, and receive the data you provided in a portable format. Write to info@strategys.dk — we answer without undue delay. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), datatilsynet.dk.
